Nachp\u00e4chter gefunden hat.  Mir ist ebenfalls bekannt, dass die Auswahl des Nachp\u00e4chters ausschlie\u00dflich durch den Vorstand erfolgt und nicht durch mich.  Der Nachp\u00e4chter tritt mit allen Rechten und Pflichten in das bestehende Pachtverh\u00e4ltnis ein.  Sofern vor Ablauf der K\u00fcndigungsfrist ein Nachp\u00e4chter gefunden wird, kann die \u00dcbergabe der Parzelle im Einvernehmen bereits vor Ablauf der K\u00fcndigungsfrist an den neuen P\u00e4chter erfolgen.<\/span><\/label><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"wpcf7-form-control-wrap\" data-name=\"acceptance-992\"><span class=\"wpcf7-form-control wpcf7-acceptance\"><span class=\"wpcf7-list-item\"><label><input type=\"checkbox\" name=\"acceptance-992\" value=\"1\" aria-invalid=\"false\" \/><span class=\"wpcf7-list-item-label\">Ich habe verstanden, dass es sich bei dieser K\u00fcndigung lediglich um eine Vorlage handelt, die ausschlie\u00dflich an meine angegebene E-Mail-Adresse versendet wird und nicht direkt an den Verein.  Mir ist bekannt, dass diese E-Mail im Anschluss von der im Verein gef\u00fchrten E-Mail-Adresse an die Adresse info@kgv-amdammsteg.de  weitergeleitet werden muss.
